I was so excited to help welcome this little man into the world. This sweet family has six girls at home and were overjoyed to discover baby number 7 was a boy! I was blessed to be there when they had their 6th daughter, so it was so much fun to be there again. Little Joshua came out strong and mighty and had an opinion for sure. He may have been on the smaller side, but he wasn't going to let that stop him. He is just simply delicious and I can only imagine he is never set down with all those sisters wanting to love on him all the time. Congrats, you guys! He is in the best home!
I was so excited to get the call to come to this sweet girl's birth. I was glad I left to go when I did, because when I got there, mom was already pushing! This sweet girl was in a hurry to arrive. Mom did an amazing job bringing her into the world and Dad was right there the whole time. Big brother was THRILLED to meet Ainsley once he woke from a deep sleep. Overall, a beautiful and calm homebirth where Ainsley was surrounded by love.
Working with toddlers can be challenging. But usually I have a few tricks up my sleeve that makes it a lot easier. This session couldn't have worked out better. We got some beautiful images of mom and dad before sweet M woke up from her nap. We were able to include her in this special time as well. I love documenting the sweet moments a little family has before adding another member.
I had the honor of photographing Mercury's big sisters birth a few years ago and was so honored to get to help welcome this little man into the world. Amazingly, he wasn't so little! He weighed in at 10lbs 7oz and was just as beautiful as his big sister. Thanks again you guys for having me there. It is always a pleasure!

I love this sweet family! I have had the honor of photographing them since they were expecting their first baby and they have continued on our baby plan and have now welcomed baby number two. They are my biggest cheerleaders and I feel so blessed to know them. This birth was beautiful and went just a smoothly as you could hope. Mom was relieved to not have to push for hours and even more amazed that she pushed for only a few minutes! What a blessing.
Baby Austin was born and almost immediately started looking around. He was truly aware of his amazing parents. Praying that you guys enjoy these images as much as I do!
I was honored to be asked to attend the birth of this sweet boy. I was there two years ago when his big brother Noah was born. I love getting to work with a family for the second time. The birth was beautiful and went as perfectly as we could have hoped. I was so happy to get to see big brother Noah get to meet "Baby Teygan". What an exciting day for everyone. Enjoy a few images from this beautiful birth!
This little man is on my baby plan and we have managed to get a little behind. I didn't realize HOW behind we were until he showed up at our "9 month" session walking! Since he had already had his one year birthday, we just did some fun one year type shots. He was so sweet toddling around the park and patient with us as we made him swap outfits in the heat. He is just a gorgeous baby and I love photographing him! Enjoy you guys!
I was so excited when Miss Isabella's mama told me she was on her way to the hospital in labor! I knew she would do beautifully and was honored to attend their birth. Her mama labored beautifully and against some tough odds, but she did an amazing job. Sweet Isabella was born into a loving family who were so excited to meet her! She is just gorgeous. Without further ado, the pictures!
I have never gotten out the door for a birth as quickly as I did when I got the call to attend Ava's birth. I was there when her big sister was born a year ago and her birth was quick. We anticipated that Miss Ava would also arrive quickly. When her mama called to say that she felt tremendous pressure, I told her to head to the hospital and I would meet her there. We weren't sure what was going on. Upon arrival, her mama was 9cm and Ava was born within about 45 minutes of pulling into the parking lot. WHEW!!! That was close. It was, ofcourse, a gorgeous birth and Ava is just as beautiful as her big sister. What a lucky family to have to joy of raising to sweet sisters.
This time last year I was at the Arboretum with this little family. They were expecting their first little girl. I can't believe a year has already gone by. Amazing how fast time goes! I love, love, loved this session. Not only is "Baby Brooke" the cutest dang thing you have ever seen, the weather and the colors at the Dallas Arboretum were just incredible. What a fun session! Enjoy!
August and September have been full of repeat clients. I absolutely love it when I get to work with a family a second (or more) time and see how their family has grown. Baby Maddox was no exception! I was there when his big sister was born. She was born in the hospital, so you can imagine my excitement when Mom announced she was expecting again and this time planning a homebirth. Double yeah! Her labor wasn't too long, but she did work very hard. She was strong and beautiful and baby Maddox is just as incredible. She had a great support team and was surrounded by people who loved her and baby Maddox a whole lot. I think these images show just that. Enjoy!
About 18 months ago, I had the honor of attending the birth of Reid. He was born by c-section because he was breech. You can imagine my excitement when his mama called to tell me they were pregnant again! This time she was attempting a VBAC (vaginal birth after cesearean). And they were expecting a baby girl! All the way around it was exciting. She went into labor on the 8th and we arrived at the hospital just before a huge storm hit Dallas, causing tornados! It couldn't get more eventful! Her mama worked so hard. She was calm and strong and showed everyone in the room how much power a birthing mom can have and she acheived her VBAC! I was thrilled for this beautiful family. I am honored to have attended this birth.
Little Miss Allie decided that she would cause us all distress over her method of arrival. After weeks of being breech and refusing to budge, her Mama went in to the hospital to see if they could flip her. Much to our delight, they were able to do so! I headed up to the hospital a little sooner than might have been necessary, but I had a feeling that this little girl would get a move on and come out quickly. Boy was I right! It wasn't 2 hours later and she was in her mama's arms. It was quite a whirlwind, but this lovely family worked beautifully together.
The exciting part? I was their when their first baby came into this world 4 years ago. I couldn't believe that I was sitting there having a conversation with "baby" Andrew. Time flies way too quickly. Thanks again you guys. I wouldn't have missed it for anything!
Jaiden didn't arrive the way his family hoped he would arrive, but he sure came into a lot of love! I was so honored to be there to support this family and to capture these special moments for them. He came just a day before his due date and came out at a whopping 9lbs 3oz! We couldn't believe how cute and chunky he was. What a love. I was able to see him this last weekend for his newborn session and he was just yummy as I remembered. His family is loving their new arrival and I hope things continue to go smoothly as they transition into life with the newest member!

These give everyone the chance to afford beautiful and custom portraits for their family. Please understand that these sessions can not be used in place of newborn sessions, cake smash sessions, other specialty shoots or take place indoors. If your child can not sit unassisted, please plan to be in the pictures with them. We also can not accept gift certificates or coupons for these mini sessions. Beyond that, get ready to love images of your family!
Below are samples of our holiday card templates. Please note that changes will only be made with the purchase of design time. If you select a card template that requires your name, that will be changed free of charge.
This sweet boy, who smiled up a storm at his 6 month session, decided that the heat was too much! He also decided that getting out of mom's arms was a bad idea and should result in tears. I got a few cute smiling images of him but the rest of our session was mostly images that looked like the following...
So we decided to meet up again the following weekend when Dad could bring him instead. Well, it took some coaxing, but we prevailed in getting him to smile and ended up with these instead!
Little Max was a perfect angel for our newborn session. I have to say I was so glad too, because apparently he can give everyone a run for their money if he tries ;) He is so handsome though. I was excited to get my hands on him again after being there for his arrival. The light was beautiful as well. We had a lovely afternoon followed by some lovely images!
